Establishes a dementia and Alzheimer's disease program database

This bill creates a database to list programs that successfully help older adults with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. The state health office and the department of health will work together to find these programs, decide what makes them successful, and update the list at least once a year. Once compiled, the database will be posted online so the public can easily find contact details, program names, descriptions, and locations. The law will take effect one year after it is signed into legislation.
