Establishes an online insurance verification system for motor vehicle insurance; repealer

This bill creates a new online system to verify motor vehicle insurance coverage in New York State. It requires all licensed insurers to connect to this system and provide policy information upon request. The system will allow law enforcement, courts, and other authorized agencies to quickly check if a vehicle has valid insurance.
