Congratulating Luke Montano upon the occasion of receiving the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout, the most prestigious of Scouting honors

This bill is a resolution that formally congratulates Luke Montano of Chappaqua, New York, on earning the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor in the Boy Scouts of America. The measure acknowledges his leadership in a community service project where he helped build a safety fence for a local church nursery school and recognizes his decade-long commitment to Scouting. By passing this resolution, the legislative body pauses its regular work to honor Montano's achievement and directs that a copy of the document be sent to him.
