Commending Jose Cristales upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of a Liberty Medal, the highest honor bestowed upon an individual by the New York State Senate

This bill is a Senate resolution that formally commends off-duty firefighter Jose Cristales for his heroic actions in saving a woman's life after a vehicle accident. The text highlights how Cristales quickly organized nearby construction workers to lift the car and provided CPR until emergency crews arrived, resulting in the victim's survival.
