Commending Class of 2024 Valedictorian Kailey Frank and Salutatorian Erik Maldonado of FDNY Captain Vernon A. Richard High School for Fire and Life Safety, in recognition of their outstanding accomplishments

This Senate Resolution commends Kailey Frank and Erik Maldonado, the valedictorian and salutatorian of the Class of 2024 at FDNY Captain Vernon A. Richard High School for Fire and Life Safety, for their outstanding academic and personal achievements. The measure formally recognizes their legacy of school involvement and community service as they prepare to graduate on June 26, 2024. Copies of the resolution will be sent to the two students to honor their accomplishments.
