Commending Salutatorian Eduardo Leon Lotero of West Hempstead High School, in recognition of his outstanding accomplishments

This Senate resolution formally honors Eduardo Leon Lotero, a salutatorian at West Hempstead High School, for his outstanding academic and community achievements. The bill serves as a symbolic gesture of recognition rather than a law that changes policy or imposes new requirements. It directs the legislature to pause its proceedings to commend Lotero and mandates that a copy of this resolution be sent to him.
