Authorizes Lee Weinstein to receive certain service credit under section 384-d of the retirement and social security law

This bill allows Lee Weinstein, a police officer in Chester, to receive retirement credit for his time working in Greenwood Lake, even though he missed the deadline to join a special retirement plan. The law requires both the Village of Greenwood Lake and the Town of Chester to officially agree to pay the extra cost for this credit within one year of the bill taking effect. If the towns agree, Weinstein can then choose to join the special plan and gain the full benefits associated with it. The financial cost of this change will be shared by the two municipalities and can be paid off over ten years.
