Prohibits the use of virtual reality headsets while operating a motor vehicle

This bill makes it illegal to drive a car, motorcycle, or bicycle while wearing a virtual reality headset. The law also prohibits drivers from using more than one earphone connected to audio devices while operating a vehicle on public roads. Once passed, the rule will take effect sixty days later, giving authorities time to update any necessary regulations.
