Authorizes the village of Haverstraw to alienate certain parklands

This bill authorizes the Village of Haverstraw to sell a specific 0.09-acre parcel of land currently designated as parkland to a private entity called Haverstraw Community Chair Factory, LLC. In exchange for this sale, the village must dedicate an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value of the land toward buying new parkland or improving existing recreational facilities. The legislation also includes conditions to ensure compliance with any federal requirements if the land was previously funded by the government. Once these terms are met, the village can officially transfer ownership of the property.
