Authorizes the county of Nassau to alienate and sell parklands to Lakeside Inn, Inc.

This bill authorizes Nassau County to sell two small plots of parkland in Baldwin to Lakeside Inn, Inc. for residential development. In exchange, the county must acquire a third plot of land to dedicate as new parkland, ensuring the total public open space remains equivalent in value. The sale is conditional on the new land not having been previously used for public parks and requires the county to cover any difference in value between the land sold and the land acquired. Additionally, the transaction cannot proceed until all federal requirements regarding the conversion of federally assisted parkland are satisfied.
