Authorizes the city of Yonkers, county of Westchester to alienate and discontinue the use of certain parklands, in furtherance of an economic development interest of the state and/or city of Yonkers

Authorizes the leasing of certain parkland to facilitate the building of a public parking garage and a public park, in relation to authorizing the alienation of two additional parcels of land and the return to parkland status of 9.1 acres of previously alienated parcels near JFK Marina and Trevor Park in the city of Yonkers.
