Relates to authorizing the commissioner of the office of general services to convey certain unappropriated state land to KIPP: Albany Community Public Charter Schools

Authorizes the commissioner of the office of general services to convey certain unappropriated state land to KIPP: Albany Community Public Charter Schools for the purposes of improving traffic flow at an appurtenant public school facility for the benefit of the school and the neighborhood and to provide adequate public parking and trail access in support of the adjacent Tivoli Lake Preserve owned by the city of Albany.
