Establishes procurement goals for New York state food products purchased by state agencies

Establishes a procurement goal that at least fifteen percent of all food and food products purchased by state agencies shall be New York state food products in the first and second year after such law takes effect, at least twenty percent in the third year and twenty-five percent thereafter.
