Relates to the disposal of copies of identification documents

Summary
Provides that the owner, lessor, proprietor or manager of any hotel, motel, steamboat, tourist cabins, camp, resort, tavern, inn, boarding or lodging house shall attempt to contact a guest if copies of identification documents are left after the guest has departed their stay; permits destruction of such documents if contact cannot be made.
