Relates to mandatory acceptance of empty beverage containers
Summary
Provides that businesses of less than two thousand square feet or less than five thousand square feet when licensed under article 20-C of the agriculture and markets law and not located in the city of New York shall be exempt from the mandatory acceptance of empty beverage containers.
