Relates to building condition surveys; provides a schedule requiring school districts to conduct building condition surveys accordingly; provides for building aid for periodic inspections of public school buildings; provides that the commissioner of education may require periodic inspections of public school buildings as deemed necessary to maintain the safety of school buildings and the welfare of the occupants under the commissioner's public school building safety program.
