INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR MEDICAL CANNABIS COSTS

HB 527 would require New Mexico health insurers to cover medical cannabis for patients with qualifying debilitating conditions (like cancer, chronic pain, or multiple sclerosis) as defined in the state's Compassionate Use Act.
