Requires Department of Agriculture to publish information on highway safety for motorists passing farm equipment on public highways; includes safely sharing roadway with farm equipment in driver education courses and certain informational brochures.

New subsection c requires the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to publish the farm equipment safety materials on its website and official social media accounts, post them in all physical locations throughout the State, and update them as appropriate. This adds the MVC as a distribution channel beyond the Department of Agriculture.

The driver education curriculum guidelines (subsection a of the amended C.27:5F-41) now explicitly list 'farm equipment as that term is defined in section 1 of P.L. [pending bill]' among the road users drivers must safely share the roadway with, alongside pedestrians, cyclists, skaters, and motorized-scooter riders.

Item (10) of the parent/guardian brochure content now explicitly includes 'farm equipment as that term is defined in section 1 of P.L. [pending bill]' in the list of road users to be aware of, with specific mention of a driver's responsibilities when approaching and passing such equipment.

Subsections were renumbered: the old subsection c (National Farm Safety and Health Week emphasis) became subsection d, and the old subsection d (18-month report requirement) became subsection e. The cross-reference for the underlying amended law was updated from P.L.2023, c.216, s.3 to P.L.2025, c.103, s.2.
