Prohibits ownership of real property in State by adverse foreign governments and certain associated persons.

This bill prohibits governments of China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea (as designated in U.S. intelligence threat assessments) from owning real property in New Jersey. Existing foreign government-owned properties must be sold within five years, with limited exceptions for debt-related acquisitions or inheritances. The law applies to all real property types - including residential, commercial, and agricultural land - and imposes civil penalties up to $250,000 or 50% of the property’s market value for violations. It explicitly excludes U.S. government entities and aligns with federal law where conflicts arise.
