Permits cannabis retailers to sell certain non-intoxicating products in store.
This bill allows cannabis retailers with a Class 5 license to sell non-intoxicating food and beverages (such as snacks or regular drinks that do not cause intoxication) in their stores. It limits these non-intoxicating sales to no more than 30% of a store’s annual revenue, with coffee and water exempt from this cap. The Cannabis Regulatory Commission will create implementing rules, and the law takes effect immediately.
