Establishes Office of Statewide Mobility Manager to assist certain persons with disabilities and their families with transportation and mobility needs.

This bill establishes the Office of Statewide Mobility Manager within New Jersey's Department of Transportation to provide transportation assistance and trip-planning guidance specifically for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or intellectual and developmental disabilities, along with their families, caregivers, and service providers. The office must ensure uniform access to transportation information across all New Jersey residents, coordinate with counties to connect people with existing transit services, and stay informed on public/private transportation laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act. It will identify feasible transportation alternatives and help secure services for eligible individuals statewide. The office takes effect immediately upon enactment.
