Establishes New Jersey Veteran Gravesite Maintenance Grant Program in DMVA.

This bill establishes a New Jersey Veteran Gravesite Maintenance Grant Program within the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA). It provides grants to qualified nonprofit veterans' organizations (including 501(c)(3) groups and federally chartered veterans' service organizations) to maintain veteran gravesites across the state. The DMVA must develop application guidelines, set evaluation criteria, require recipient reporting on fund usage, and submit annual effectiveness reports to the Governor and Legislature. Implementation depends on future legislative funding approval.
