Revises provisions governing grants for certain prekindergarten programs. (BDR 34-272)

SB 58 expands eligibility for Nevada's prekindergarten grant program (Nevada Ready! State Pre K) by raising the household income threshold from 200% to 250% of the federal poverty level. It also adds two new categories allowing programs to serve children with individualized education plans (IEPs) or documented behavioral/social/emotional needs, regardless of income.
