Establishes a workshop to promote mental health for pupils. (BDR 34-734)

AB 374 requires Nevada public school districts and charter schools to provide monthly mental health workshops for all kindergarten through 12th grade students. School counselors, psychologists, or social workers must develop age-appropriate sessions covering positive mental health promotion, addressing individual student needs, and offering academic performance feedback. Workshops must occur during school hours at least once per month. The law applies to all public schools and takes effect July 1, 2025.
