AB 225 revises licensing requirements for barbering and cosmetology professionals in Nevada. It exempts hair braiding, blow-drying, and shampoo technology from massage therapy regulations, removes tuberculosis certification requirements for license applicants, and allows federally-registered apprenticeship programs to substitute for some training.
