Interim study to examine whether power companies should be exempt from the Secure Drone Purchasing Act

Legislative Resolution 250 proposes an interim study to examine two specific questions: whether power companies should be exempt from Nebraska's Secure Drone Purchasing Act and whether existing North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) requirements meet the intent of that law.
