Added mandatory reporting requirements for the Board of Parole and Department of Correctional Services to submit detailed reports by February 1 each year, including data on inmates released without supervision, parole revocations, and cost savings.

Mandated that each parolee receive a minimum of nine months of supervision to enable meaningful transition periods.

Removed the original section 83-1,100.03 and replaced it with new text containing the expanded reporting and risk assessment requirements.

Changed the bill's introduction from Guereca to Juarez, McKinney, and Spivey, and updated the legislative session information from Enrollment and Review to Final Reading.
