Generally revise salaries for certain elected officials

It requires the Department of Administration to compare Montana officials' salaries with those of similar positions in neighboring states like North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Idaho. If the average salary in those states is higher, Montana officials' pay will automatically increase to match that average starting July 1 of the following year.
