Establish Montana state shooting center task force

Montana's LC 3570 creates a 12-member task force to plan a state shooting complex. The task force, including government officials, industry representatives, and public members, must develop location criteria, review regional facilities, create a request for proposals, and recommend a site and structure by June 2027. The bill also establishes a dedicated account for complex funding, allowing deposits from gifts or grants, and appropriates $55,000 from the general fund for the 2025-2027 biennium to support the task force's work. The task force and funding mechanisms terminate on June 30, 2027.
