Revise laws related to enforcement of liens

This bill amends Montana law to update procedures for enforcing liens when payment for work, labor, services, or materials is not made within 30 days. It allows lienholders to file enforcement actions in district courts located where the contract was signed, where the property owner resides, or where the property is situated. The bill simplifies the process by eliminating the requirement for a summons and instead using an order to show cause, while also clarifying documentation requirements for different types of liens and specifying how hearings and property sales must be conducted.
