Enacts provisions relating to gambling boat admission fees

HB 84 sets a $4 admission fee for each person boarding an excursion gambling boat. The fee is split: $1 goes to the gaming commission fund, $1 to the home dock city or county, and $2 to the veterans commission fund. The fee must be adjusted annually based on inflation using the federal consumer price index.
