Creates the CTF Medical Alert System

This bill establishes the Christian Taylor Ferguson Medical Alert System, a statewide program designed to quickly locate missing individuals who are in danger due to urgent medical needs. The system requires the Department of Public Safety to coordinate with local law enforcement, state agencies, and participating broadcasters to issue alerts when a missing endangered person is reported. Participation by local police departments and media outlets is voluntary, but agencies that choose not to join must still notify the state and media if an emergency occurs within their jurisdiction. The legislation also includes penalties for knowingly filing false reports that trigger the alert system.
