Modifies jurisdiction over certain Missouri land

This bill transfers jurisdiction over specific Missouri lands to the federal government. It cedes control of land used for an honor farm connected to a federal penitentiary and the area comprising the Ozark National Scenic Riverways to the United States. The transfer remains in effect only as long as the federal government owns and maintains these properties.
