This bill amends Mississippi's legislative rules to allow members of one chamber (Senate or House) to cosponsor bills, joint resolutions, or concurrent resolutions introduced in the other chamber. It creates a new rule (9B) permitting any legislator from the non-originating house to be added as a cosponsor at any time, including before a bill is formally introduced.
