Capital Expense Fund; FY2026 appropriation to Pascagoula-Gautier School District for expansion and upgrades to its CTE program.

SB 3068 proposed appropriating $250,000 from Mississippi's Capital Expense Fund to the Pascagoula-Gautier School District for expanding and upgrading its Career and Technical Education (CTE) program during fiscal year 2026 (July 2025-June 2026). The bill would have directly funded facility or equipment improvements for the district's CTE program. It died in the Appropriations Committee on February 26, 2025, and did not become law.
