Marshall County; authorize contribution to Northeast Mississippi Community Services, Inc.

This bill authorizes the Marshall County Board of Supervisors in Mississippi to contribute up to $150,000 annually from 2023 through 2027 to Northeast Mississippi Community Services, Inc. The funds are designated as local matching money to help the community action agency continue its operations. The legislation allows the county to use any available money for this purpose and automatically expires on July 1, 2027.
