SF 5304 Minnesota Senate · 2025-2026 Regular Session

Breckenridge multiuse regional recreation center infrastructure construction bond issue and appropriation

This bill authorizes the state to issue up to $3 million in bonds to fund infrastructure improvements for the Infinity Center in Breckenridge. The funds will be used to acquire property, design and build a parking lot, and extend municipal utilities to support the expansion of the regional recreation and wellness complex. The money will be provided as a grant to the city through the commissioner of employment and economic development. This legislation is a capital investment measure that does not affect individual taxpayers directly but relies on state bond proceeds.
