Metropolitan area group residential facility appropriation

This bill allocates $2 million from the state's general fund to Turning Point Inc., a nonprofit organization, to build and equip a 32-bed residential facility in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. The money is designated as a one-time appropriation available until the project finishes or is abandoned, with the facility to be named "Ms. Bea's."
