Interagency Council on Student Attendance establishment

This bill creates a new Interagency Council on Student Attendance in Minnesota to improve coordination among state agencies, school districts, and charter schools on reducing student absenteeism. The council will include representatives from multiple state departments, county associations, and education organizations, and must meet at least quarterly to develop solutions for chronic absenteeism and submit annual reports to the governor and legislature.
