Prior Lake trail improvements bond issue and appropriation

This bill appropriates $4,103,000 from state bonds to fund trail construction in Prior Lake. The funds will enable the city to design and build three segments of a multi-use trail along the west side of Highway 13, connecting neighborhoods, schools, and regional trail systems.
