Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota grant appropriation

This bill appropriates $500,000 from the workforce development fund for a one-time grant to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota. The funds will support their CareerSTART Life and Workforce Development Program, which directly serves disadvantaged youth aged 13-21 in Central Minnesota. The program provides mentorship, workforce experiences, financial literacy training, soft skills development, and exposure to postsecondary education and career pathways. The appropriation is available until June 30, 2028, for fiscal year 2027.
