Minnesota Youth Poet Laureate appropriation

SF 3187 appropriates $100,000 for fiscal year 2026 and $100,000 for fiscal year 2027 from the arts and cultural heritage fund to support a Minnesota Youth Poet Laureate program. The funds will be granted to a nonprofit organization to operate the program in partnership with the Minnesota Humanities Center.
