Aviation museum appropriation

This bill appropriates $100,000 from the general fund for fiscal year 2026 to the Minnesota Historical Society, to be granted to Wings of the North for predesign and site development work. The funds will support planning for an aviation museum and education center on the campus of Flying Cloud Airport in Eden Prairie. The appropriation is specifically for preliminary planning and site work, not for constructing the museum itself. The money is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to standard state appropriation rules.
