This bill authorizes $3,078,000 in state funding for municipal infrastructure improvements in the city of Spring Park. The money will be used to upgrade water and sewer systems, reconstruct streets, perform utility work, and build a multiuse trail along Sunset Drive between Shoreline Drive and Shadywood Road. The state will issue bonds to provide these funds, and the Public Facilities Authority will manage the project. The legislation takes effect immediately after final passage by the legislature.
