Parent support outreach program funding provided, and money appropriated.

This bill appropriates funding from the general fund for fiscal year 2027 to support the parent support outreach program in Minnesota. The program will provide voluntary early intervention services to families with young children who are at risk of child maltreatment but are not currently involved with child protection services. The commissioner of children, youth, and families will administer these funds to help families receive support before any formal intervention is needed.
