Added new categories of drug paraphernalia including cocaine kits, bullets, snorters, automotive safes, and spoons designed for controlled substance use.

Expanded the definition to include equipment used for manufacturing, converting, producing, processing, or preparing controlled substances.

Reorganized and clarified the list of paraphernalia items by removing redundant language and adding new subcategories (i through m) for better organization.

Added specific definition for isomerization devices used to increase the potency of controlled substance plants.

Added specific definition for testing equipment used to identify or analyze controlled substances.

Added specific definition for weight scales or balances used for controlled substances.

Added specific definition for diluents and adulterants used with controlled substances.

Added specific definition for separation gins or sifters used for marijuana.

Added specific definition for kits used in planting, propagating, cultivating, growing, or harvesting controlled substance plants.
