Added new eligibility criteria (subdivisions e, f, g, h, i, j) allowing applicants with class A hotel licenses, class B hotel licenses, club licenses, tavern licenses, and class G-1 or G-2 licenses to qualify for specially designated merchant licenses.

Removed eligibility criteria for club licenses, tavern licenses, and class G-1 and G-2 licenses from the original list of approved business types.
