Food: licensing; licensure exemptions; modify. Amends sec. 4105 of 2000 PA 92 (MCL 289.4105).

Changed exemption criteria for temporary food establishments from serving only 'non-potentially-hazardous food or beverage' to 'non-potentially-hazardous food or beverage' with no food preparation using single-service articles.

Added new exemption category (g) for retail food establishments that only sell prepackaged non-potentially-hazardous foods and offer only incidental food sales.

Added new exemption category (k) for devices that dispense only bottled/canned soft drinks, packaged nonperishable foods, or bulk gum, nuts, and candies.

Corrected grammatical errors in subsection (e) regarding honey and maple syrup labeling requirements and fixed typos in subsection (k) regarding device operation language.

Updated exemption language for food warehouses and processors to clarify that establishments must handle only uncut fruits or vegetables and meet specific ownership and activity criteria.

Added new exemption category (n) for individuals operating locations under 1978 PA 260 (mobile food vending regulations).

Added requirement that both retail outlets and processing facilities must be exempt from licensure for producers to qualify for the honey and maple syrup exemption

Changed gross sales threshold language from 'of honey or maple syrup' to 'of that do not exceed the gross sale limitation for cottage food products described in section 4102(5) for honey or maple syrup'

Modified labeling requirements language to clarify that honey and maple syrup must have labeling substantially similar to cottage food products as described in section 4102(3)

Corrected typo in enacting clause from 'peoplE' to 'people' and removed redundant text about section 4105 amendment history
