Elections: challengers; training for election challengers; require, and require the secretary of state to establish election challenger training curriculum. Amends secs. 31 & 730 of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.31 & 168.730); adds sec. 730a & repeals sec. 731 of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.731).
