Elections: election officials; receipt of private money to be used for election related activities and election related equipment; prohibit, and require the secretary of state to report to the legislature on contracts for election related activities. Amends 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.1 - 168.992) by adding secs. 31b & 946.
